Card Share: Sunshine & Happiness

I pulled the colors for this card from the heart paper, focusing on the pink and yellow, but adding in some orange and blue as well.

I used three 3x4 papers (all Gossamer Blue) from various Paper Issues Swag Bags, along with items from my stash, like the wood veneer dots from Pinkfresh Studio and Feed Your Craft flair. I love mixing the old in with the new. Makes me feel as if I'm actually making progress in using up my stash. LOL!

The "s" is a negative cut left over from the Alphabet Love cut file (free in the Paper Issues store) I used on this layout. I inked it to match the card. Now I have to work my way through 25 more letters of the alphabet. :)

  5. I am so impressed by the way you are mixing your old with your new!!! I need to do SO much more of that!! I love this card - but that is no surprise - because I simply love all the things you create!! My very favorite things about this card are - That sassy pink bow, the adorable heart paper, the pink scallop border and the sunshine and happiness tag from Bella Blvd!! Just such a bright, cheery, and sunshine-y card!!! Hope you are having a fabulous day!!
