Card Share: She Leaves a Little Sparkle (Webster's Pages Beautiful Chic)

I took the modern vintage (is that an oxymoron, LOL?) approach with this card. I chose the Jillibean Soup mini flash card first and worked the rest of the card around it. I love the saying on the flash card and knew it would be perfect for Alexa's 14th birthday.

After that, I dug into my trusty Paper Issues Swag Bags, put a couple of coordinating 3x4 papers together, added in some embellishments, and called it done.

  9. The way you talk so casually of adding embellishments crack me up because FOR YOU it is an art form!! You are amazing and your cards and layouts are always outstanding - I wish I could do details like you - AMAZING!!! My favorite is the doily image with the word strips over it - the roses are beautiful and this card is such a perfect tribute to your beautiful Alexa - would you mind emailing me her actual birthday because I would LOVE to send her a birthday wish when it comes!!!!
