Houses Made of Sugar, Spice & Love (Crate Paper Bundled Up)

Hi everyone! Happy Monday! Today I'm sharing a Crate Paper Bundled Up layout featuring one of my favorite gingerbread "houses" from the exhibit we go to each year. It's amazing how creative people get with gingerbread.

I had so much fun grouping and layering up the embellishments on this page. In addition to the pieces that are part of the Crate collection, there are also bits here and there from Echo Park, Lily Bee, Studio Calico and Maya Road.

Do you tend to stick with one manufacturer when designing your pages, or do you like to mix-and-match like me?

P.S. This collection is available in the Paper Issues store. You can get it at 20% off with my code LISA20. :) Just a little enabling for today.

  1. Lovely layout. Looks like a bunch of candy !
I mostly mix all the brands I have, maybe because I don't have enough of each to stay stick with one brand (everybody who knows me knows that a lie...) ! ;-)

  7. Isn't it amazing what people can do with flour and sugar? And what you've done with paper and trims. Such a pretty page. I particularly like your 'word' embellishments telling the story.

  9. Wow...beautiful gingerbread creation! That must be a fun exhibit to attend. As always, I love your mix of embellies. I get the chance to mix and match (Scraptastic kit club) and stick with a manufacturer (American Crafts). It is fun to do both!

  17. Wow, there's a lot of fun detail on this layout!
I tend to scrap mostly with one line and then add in things from other lines that just "need" to be on the layout. lol
