Just so you don't think I'm the only crafter in this family, I wanted to share this wonderful clothesline frame Tom just made for my craft room (actually he made two). He repurposed two old wood frames by removing the backing, glass, and hanging hardware before painting them white. He strung two Little Yellow Bicycle Naturals mini floral clothespins onto a length of what he calls drafting table wire (a thin, plastic coated wire similar to what is used on the back of framed prints) and then stapled the wire to the back of the frame. To make them easy to hang on the wall, he attached small saw tooth-style hooks to the back. The inside of the frame is actually open and you see wall color around the layout. For this picture though, I placed the frame against white foam core board. I now have two of these hanging in my craft room, one on each side of the front windows. It's nice to be able to display some of my current work before tucking it away in an album. Plus, I'll have a rotating art gallery to enjoy, courtesy of my handy, woodworking hubby. :)
