Defined (Echo Park Note to Self)

In the time since my Dad passed away, I've been keeping a list (and adding to it) of things I want to remember about him (and for future generations to know). The tag behind the photo lists this information including things like personality traits, likes, dislikes, favorites, etc. When we were going through his belongings and cleaning things out, I came across two old-fashioned mustard labels (one of which I used here). One of Dad's friends was famous for her homemade mustard and I know Dad loved it. The second label actually has the recipe written on the back of it so I'll be holding on to that one. If I know my Dad, he may have had these labels made for her. I also included a portion of one of his bookplates to personalize the page a bit more.

Don't forget to check back tomorrow for the start of the week long series, "It's Hip to Be Square", all about using 6x6 paper pads. :) I've seen some of the creative work my crafty friends have done for this series, and you don't want to miss it!
